Windows 9 Will Be Here April 2015 Says Microsoft

The rumours are in: Microsoft is planning to unveil Windows 9 around April 2015 but will announce the release at its BUILD 2014 DEVELOPER CONFERENCE. This will be part of the company’s Threshold plans, says Paul Thurrott all part of the many updates expected from Microsoft.
Although we don’t know what changes will be made to Windows 9, it is likely that the company will use the branding in order to shift attention away from the negativity surrounding the Windows 8 operating system. Reportedly, ‘Metro 2.0′ will be inside the new OS and this could be the thing to improve Microsoft’s app world and tile design. There has also been a rumour that the ‘Start’ menu will be back for Windows 9 but it could be that we see that sooner as part of the Windows 8.1 update later this year.

Micrsoft is apparently in the last stages of planning for Windows 9 and work will probably start once the announcement has been made at the Build 2014 developer conference, no doubt once it has created some hype around the new OS by revealing some of the planned changes.
The hype will certainly be welcome and coupled with some innovation, hopefully Microsoft can make a success of Windows 9, perhaps where Windows 8 failed. Although there will be a Windows 8.1 update, it seems that all focus is pointing towards a new future in Windows 9.

Two of the latest pictures to pop up online feature some of the surviving members of the team attending a funeral which is most likely that of Han’s who got taken out by Statham’s character at the end of Fast 6. You probably missed that if you were in a hurry to leave the cinema.

Fast & Furious 7 which will be released July 11, 2014 also stars Paul Walker, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Tony Jaa, Kurt Russell, Djimon Hounsou, Lucas Black and Nathalie Emmanuel.

Kelsey Grammer Joins Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Others For Expendables 3

As if the film wasn’t star-studded enough, it has been announced that Kelsey Grammer will join the cast of Expendables 3, taking up a slot on the cast that was rumored to belong to Nicolas Cage.

Along with the news of Grammer’s casting, there’s a pretty good description of who he’ll be playing. The character’s name is Bonaparte, and he’s an ex-convict. He joins Stalone’s Barney Ross and his gang of Expendables on their mission.

The Expendables 3 has only recently started filming, and the film’s synopsis states -
In “The Expendables 3,” Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and the rest of the team comes face-to-face with Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), who years ago co-founded The Expendables with Barney. Stonebanks subsequently became a ruthless arms trader and someone who Barney was forced to kill… or so he thought. Stonebanks, who eluded death once before, now is making it his mission to end The Expendables — but Barney has other plans. Barney decides that he has to fight old blood with new blood, and brings in a new era of Expendables team members, recruiting individuals who are younger, faster and more tech-savvy. The latest mission becomes a clash of classic old-school style versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables’ most personal battle yet.
It’ll be interesting to see how he works with Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terry Crews, Antonio Banderas, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren and Wesley Snipes. The Expendables 3 arrives August 15th, 2014.

If you’ve seen all the X-Men series(X-Men and X-Men: First Class) then this is definitely one film in the trilogy you also want to see; and if you haven’t seen any, this is still one of the movies you should see in 2014.

The title name says it all really as these ultimate X-Men ensemble fight a war for the survival of the species across two time periods.
